★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto maleducati, li ho sentiti rispondere ad una cliente di andare in un altro esercizio perchè non erano intenzionati a cambiare della merce difettata.
Per non parlare del fatto che in piena pandemia si contano all'interno della farmacia fino a 15-17 clienti ammassati.
Very rude, I heard them tell a customer to go to another shop because they didn't want to change defective merchandise.
Not to mention the fact that in the midst of the pandemic there are up to 15-17 crowded customers inside the pharmacy.
