La farmacia si presenta molto luminosa con un architettura di interni molto ben disposta molto chiara e luminosa.può entrare direttamente dall'entrata del supermercato italmark.interna si presenta sempre molto molto pulita con le regole di igenizzazione e sanificazione covid e non solo pienamente rispettate. Purtroppo è forse penalizzata essendo sita in un posto non proprio sempre sicurissimo nelle pertinenze del comune di Ospitaletto. Well stocked pharmacy. Mi é è stato risposto dal titolare ,che il farmaco non era più in commercio e mi ha proposto l' Elocon sostenendo che fosse il sostituto e che contenesse lo stesso principio attivo. M sono fidato...Balle , non solo il farmaco che avevo chiesto è tuttora in commercio ma quello che mi ha dato in sostituzione contiene un principio attivo differente. Davvero mancanza di professionalità e serietà Terrible. I entered asking for Ecoval, a drug that I usually use. Decine di persone appiccicate da più due ore per fare un tampone. In tempi di pandemia un comportamento inaccettabile. Ben poca attenzione per la salute della collettività direi. They don't answer the phone, they don't take tampon reservations, causing dangerous crowds in front of the pharmacy. Dozens of people stuck for more than two hours to make a tampon. In times of pandemic this is unacceptable behavior. I would say very little attention to the health of the community.
C	Claudio Bertolini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deludente. Ieri mattina, 6 dicembre 2021, ho chiamato la farmacia per prenotare, la sera, il tampone rapido anti covid. Mi è stato detto che non accettavano prenotazioni ma che bisognava mettersi in coda quando si arrivava. Mi presento la sera alle 17.20, arrivo e chiedo per il tampone. Mi riferiscono che i tamponi sono finiti (c'erano 6-7 persone in fila). Mi sono sentito preso in giro, soprattutto perchè il tampone mi serviva per andare per entrare all'ospedale Civili di Brescia ed andare a trovare mia moglie. Dopo una serie di chiamate fortunatamente ho trovato posto presso la farmacia Comunale di Roncadelle i quali sono stati gentilissimi ed in un attimo ho fatto il tampone (ho dovuto fare 15min di macchina, fortunatamente era quasi sulla strada per andare all'ospedale). Davvero efficienti! Cara farmacia Ceccon, non si fa così... avevo necessità di andare in ospedale ed ho rischiato di non andarci. Era meglio se fin dalla mattina (quando vi ho chiamato) mi dicevate che non c'era posto. Per fortuna ho trovato la farmacia comunale di Roncadelle! Disappointing. I show up in the evening at 5.20 pm, arrive and ask for the swab. They tell me that the tampons are finished (there were 6-7 people in line). Fortunately, after a series of calls I found a place at the Municipal pharmacy of Roncadelle who were very kind and in a moment I had the swab (I had to drive 15min, fortunately he was almost on the road to go to the hospital). Really efficient! Dear Ceccon pharmacy, that's not how it is done ... I needed to go to the hospital and I risked not going there. It was better if from the morning (when I called you) you told me that there was no room. Luckily I found the municipal pharmacy in Roncadelle!

I prodotti cosmetici e gli integratori sono di qualità. Veloci alla cassa e gentili e, cosa che ho apprezzato molto, ben informati su tutte le menate burocratiche (visto il periodo in cui siamo dove i medici e l'ATS non rispondono) per capire come funzionano i tamponi, i tempi di quarantena etc, la dottoressa che mi ha servito mi ha spiegato tutto con pazienza. Resta la mia farmacia di riferimento anche se mi sono trasferita. Consigliata assolutamente.
