★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unica stellina (anche perchè meno non si può) è per il fatto che è sempre aperta, per il resto era meglio quando c'era il vecchio dottore e staff, ora non si trova mai niente è sempre tutto da ordinare con tempi non piu di un paio d ore ma il giorno prima per il giorno dopo nonstante dalle altre parti se vado al mattino me lo fanno avere il pomeriggio. Oltretutto in sti giorni mi è stato detto dal nuovo farmacista con la solita indifferenza e arroganza che non esiste piu un farmaco (o meglio che non si puo ordinare piu ????cioè esiste ma non ce..... boh). quando lo stesso giorno mia moglie ne ha ordinate 3 confezione da un altra farmacia . Infinis ogni volta che entro dico sempre buongiorno o buonasera, mai ricevuto una risposta se non dalla dottoressa ogni tanto. Peccato piu che altro per la paura presa dalla risposta ricevuta sul farmaco visto che è molto importante per la mia salute e sentirsi dire che non si puo piu ordinare non è una bella notizia senza neanche tra l altro suggerirmi un equivalente.

It is a pity more than anything else for the fear taken by the response received on the drug since it is very important for my health and being told that it can no longer be ordered is not good news without even suggesting an equivalent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ritengo professionale e serio il fatto di non mettermi al corrente che il farmaco che mi stavano vendendo a 79,48 euro era mutuabile. Nella mia ignoranza e buona fede l'ho acquistato, ma sono certo che la serietà di un farmacista (come anche di un qualunque commerciante) stia anche, e soprattutto, nel consigliare al meglio il suo cliente.
I do not consider professional and serious the fact of not letting me know that the drug they were selling me for 79.48 euros was loanable. In my ignorance and good faith I purchased it, but I am sure that the seriousness of a pharmacist (as well as of any merchant) is also, and above all, in advising his client at best.

Gentilmente mi è stato detto che non potevano farlo
Ma allora perché pubblicizzare un servizio non disponibile ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso la farmacia Calvi per ritirare un medicinale. La struttura si trova lungo una via molto commerciale di Sanremo, nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano numerosi posti auto e moto che permettono ai clienti di posteggiare i veicoli agevolmente. L'interno della farmacia è molto ben organizzato e strutturato, si trovano numerosi scaffali sui quali sono esposti moltissimi prodotti non solo medicinali. Il personale presente è cortese e disponibile oltreché professionalmente molto preparato. Ho trovato quello che mi era stato prescritto. Un ottimo punto di riferimento nella città.
I went to the Calvi pharmacy to collect a medicine. The property is located along a very commercial street in Sanremo, in the immediate vicinity there are numerous parking spaces and motorbikes that allow customers to park their vehicles easily. The interior of the pharmacy is very well organized and structured, there are numerous shelves on which many products are displayed, not only medicinal. The staff is courteous and helpful as well as professionally very prepared. I found what was prescribed for me. An excellent landmark in the city.
