Segnalo e ringrazio per aver ricevuto estrema gentilezza e disponibilità, percisione nella consegna e un occhio di riguardo nell'attenzione della persona donando campioncini di vario genere e cercando il più possibile di sceglierli mirati. Consiglio questa farmacia anche per i prezzi a volte più bassi che nelle altre farmacie. I used the online pharmacy and only had brief telephone contacts with the staff. I recommend this pharmacy also for prices sometimes lower than in other pharmacies.

Ho aspettato al banco tre minuti senza che nessuno delle tre persone addette mi dicesse almeno "buonasera"...ognuno si faceva gli affari suoi e in quel momento ero l'unico cliente. Non è la prima volta che noto questa cosa, mi spiace dirlo ma pagare il doppio le cose, Covid o non covid, non mi piace. (Es: Arnica gel 30% = 30 euro) nemmeno a Milano mi capita. They are kind, helpful and prepared though, there is a though ... It is not the first time that I notice this thing, I am sorry to say it but to pay double the things, Covid or not covid, I don't like it. (Ex: Arnica gel 30% = 30 euros) not even in Milan it happens to me.

D	Dreamy Gurl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado e prenoto tampone causa green pass da vaccino che tarda ad arrivare, lo devo pagare in anticipo, ok, d'altronde sono gli unici che lo fanno 7/7. Svariate ore prima dell appuntamento chiamo per dire che non mi serve più, chiedo se é possibile avere un buono visto che i 15€ loro li hanno presi subito. Mi viene detto che il tampone non é rimborsabile. Chiedo se, trovassi un altra persona, può farlo lei, mi sento dire che lo devo comunicare subito perché devono cambiare i dati (su una tabella excel stampata su A4 e compilata a mano) quindi no. Sì sono tenuti i miei (e non solo) 15€ e tanti saluti. Vergognoso.
