Il dipendente ha espresso la massima disponibilità della Farmacia per eventuali problemi circa l'utilizzo del prodotto, con possibilità di ricomprare i cerotti nasali già acquistati in precedenza. Ebbene, mi sono recato il giorno successivo in farmacia perché il prodotto non solo non funzionava ma addirittura mi rendeva difficoltosa la respirazione durante la notte. Inoltre, lo stesso dipendente non solo ha negato il tutto dinnanzi al proprietario circa le precedenti assicurazioni rese ma, oltretutto, sono stato trattato dal proprietario ( presumo dato che era l’unico senza camice) con sufficienza e con poco riguardo dinnanzi ad altri clienti creandomi imbarazzo e affermando, stizzito e con precaria deontologia, che la merce non può essere cambiata. Gli ossiuri sono un evento comune e difficili da mandare via, è la prima farmacia che ci fa storie per un farmaco quasi generico. Il foglietto illustrativo tra l'altro dice espressamente che non può essere somministrato sotto i 2 anni senza ricetta medica. Inutilmente pedanti. Non si attende molto per esser serviti. Io frequento questa farmacia da oltre trent'anni e mi sono sempre trovato molto ma molto bene. The owner is kind as are all the pharmacists who work there. Large, spacious and very well organized. You don't expect long to be served. I have been going to this pharmacy for over thirty years and have always found myself very, very well.

X quanto riguarda il Cup sono entrata per stampare 3 cose e sono uscita con 1 stampata ed incompleta. Non entro nel dettaglio, ma anche le risposte non mi sono piaciute,sono stata zitta x evitare di discutere. Non tornerò di sicuro per il Cup. I only interacted with the Cup where I found a man so I can't comment on the pharmacists. X regarding the Cup I entered to print 3 things and I left with 1 printed and incomplete. I won't go into detail, but I also didn't like the answers, I was silent to avoid arguing. I will not return for the Cup for sure.
