G	Gianni Paciotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Dr. Barba ha avuto una reazione scortese nei miei confronti alla richiesta di un servizio, o quantomeno da me ritenuto tale, che altre farmacie jesine forniscono normalmente. In pratica ho chiesto un farmaco per la pressione con tanto di talloncino della confezione terminata, chiedendo se poteva farsi fare la ricetta dal mio medico curante. Si è inalberato contro di me in una polemica per me incomprensibile, con tanto di invettiva contro le farmacie che forniscono questo servizio. Naturalmente io non sono riuscito a capire che problema avesse il Dr. Barba, ho solo mantenuto la calma spiegando che era sufficiente rispondere, con gentilezza - quella ci vuole sempre, che quel tipo di servizio non era previsto nella sua farmacia. Finito. Sarei uscito ringraziando con un'informazione in più. Invece, sono entrato entrato da cliente e trattato peggio di un ladro. Poi, data la mia risposta pacata, ha capito di essere stato molto scortese e si è scusato. Scuse accettate. Non metto in dubbio la professionalità e la serietà del farmacista, ma credo che con questi cambi di stagione, un po' di passiflora in goccette possa aiutare a non far perdere clienti. Poi mi pare che dovrebbe essere senza ricetta. Dr. Barba had a rude reaction towards me when I asked for a service, or at least I thought of as such, that other jesine pharmacies normally provide. Basically, I asked for a blood pressure medication complete with the tag of the finished package, asking if he could have the prescription made by my doctor. He has raised up against me in a controversy that is incomprehensible to me, complete with invective against the pharmacies that provide this service. Of course I couldn't figure out what the problem was with Dr. Barba, I just kept my composure by explaining that it was enough to answer, politely - that is always needed, that that kind of service was not provided in his pharmacy. Finished. I would have gone out thanking with more information. Instead, I walked in as a customer and treated worse than a thief. Then, given my calm response, he realized he was being very rude and apologized. Apologies accepted. I do not doubt the professionalism and seriousness of the pharmacist, but I believe that with these changes of season, a little passionflower in drops can help not to lose customers. Then it seems to me that it should be without a prescription.
