L'idea che mi hanno dato i farmacisti è stata di estrema lentezza, di incompetenza e di disinteresse per il cliente. Infatti non si possono far sentire al cliente i litigi tra i dipendenti perché non si ha la più pallida idea di dove sono stati messi i medicinali: questo è indice di scarsa professionalità!
I had never entered this pharmacy, today I did it and I think I will not do it again! The idea that the pharmacists gave me was extremely slow, incompetent and disinterested for the client. In fact you can not make the customer feel the quarrels among the employees because you do not have the faintest idea of where the medicines were put: this is a sign of poor professionalism!
