Ieri sera mi reco presso la farmacia con una ricetta del dottore per una crema antimicotica non avendola mi rifilano un loro prodotto "artigianale" che all'interno contiene olio di fegato di merluzzo ! Accortomi del problema ad utilizzare il prodotto al mattino chiedo quantomeno un buono sostitutivo o il cambio , cosa che mi viene negata in malo modo e soprattutto con una mancanza di educazione che non fa onore a tutta la categoria dei farmacisti .
Piuttosto che comprare di nuovo in questo pessimo posto non per i prodotti ma per il proprietario me la faccio a piedi fino a Torino !!!

Last night I go to the pharmacy with a doctor's recipe for an antifungal cream, not having it, they give me their "artisan" product that contains cod liver oil inside! Realizing the problem of using the product in the morning, I ask for at least a replacement voucher or exchange, which is badly denied to me and above all with a lack of education that does not honor the whole category of pharmacists.
Rather than buying again in this bad place not for the products but for the owner I can walk to Turin !!!

Personale super qualificato e professionale quanto quanto il dottore Antonio Germano.
In questa farmacia alcuni prodotti vengono prodotti direttamente dal personale in modo naturale.
Se siete persone che se hanno mal di testa cercano un antibiotico, beh state alla larga perché qua viene dato il minimo indispensabile per guarire nella giusta dose senza esagerare, cosa che da grandissimo onore al personale che potrebbe camparci solo sopra e basta.
