★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo bisogna mettere almeno 1 stella ma non meritano nemmeno quella. Mi hanno offerto un pessimo servizio. Ho ordinato un latte per NEONATI la mattina chiedendo e confermatomi piu volte che sarebbe arrivato nel pomeriggio e invece cosi non è stato facendo cosi uno scaricabarile e mostrare menefreghismo, non hanno avuto nemmeno l accortezza di chiamarmi tempestivamente della mancata consegna, mi hanno indirizzato presso l altra sede dicendomi che avevano un prodotto simile per poi aspettare che arrivasse il mio ordine ma ovviamente così non è stato altro tempo perso. Bravi se fosse stato per voi avreste lasciato 2 neonati senza latte. PESSIMO
Unfortunately you have to put at least 1 star but they don't deserve that either. They offered me bad service. I ordered a newborn milk in the morning asking and confirmed several times that it would arrive in the afternoon and instead it was not so doing a buck and showing indifference, they did not even have the foresight to call me promptly of the non-delivery, they addressed me to the other location telling me that they had a similar product and then waiting for my order to arrive but obviously so no more time was wasted. Well, if it were for you, you would have left 2 babies without milk. BAD
