Addirittura la farmacista con cui ho parlato la prima volta è venuta a chiedermi come stavo, tra un cliente ed un altro. A+. The staff was incredibly welcoming and even spoke English when they heard us struggling to speak Italian :). They had all of the medication and products she needed, and explained all of the brands to us since we were unfamiliar with them. My wife is a bit picky with her products, and they were very patient explaining everything. We even walked by the next day and the man who helped us recognized us and said hello!
