Questa è una tra le più importanti e conosciute farmacie della città, per la qualità del servizio, per l'offerta di prodotti alternativi ai farmaci, quali prodotti cosmetici e biologici, e per la modernità, ordine e pulizia della struttura.
Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile con la clientela.
La farmacia è facilmente raggiungibile anche in auto, in quanto è ubicata nei pressi dell'uscita "Cilea" della Tangenziale, ma non c'è una vera e propria area adibita al parcheggio ?.
Le misure di sicurezza per il virus Covid-19 sono ampiamente rispettate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un paio di anni fa ho regalato a mia madre un buono per un trattamento estetico presso questa struttura ma la titolare del centro si è rifiutata di erogare la prestazione alla mia parente, circa due mesi fa ho ordinato ben 2 volte dei gambaletti a compressione graduata, sul momento i commessi mi hanno detto che sarei stata contattata a breve visto che il prodotto era prontamente disponibile ma di fatto sto ancora aspettando. Questi comportamenti denotano scarso rispetto del codice deontologico e mancanza di professionalità .
