Mi sono operato di chirurgia bariatrica 2 mesi fa e, poiché impossibilitato a mangiare come chiunque altro, integro la mia dieta con proteine e vitamine. Mi sono recato in farmacia per acquistare delle proteine e arrivato allo scaffale ho chiesto consiglio al farmacista, il quale, professandosi non esperto, ha chiesto a qualche collega, presente in una stanzetta di fianco agli scaffali, se sapeva della differenza tra i vari tipi di proteine. Bé... Una voce ha proferito con una certa saccenza "aaah ma le proteine sono cose che un farmacista non è tenuto a sapere". Ah ma veramente? Quindi le vendete ma senza neanche sapere che cosa state vendendo. Comunque me ne sono andato su due piedi abbastanza infastidito e anche un po' amareggiato. Per esperienza personale vedo che anche gli integratori proteici e vitaminici vanno di pari passo ai medicinali nella prevenzione della buona salute, pertanto non capisco perché "un farmacista non è tenuto a sapere". Ma a questo punto... Tornate a vendere solo medicinali. I have always found myself very well, unfortunately not the last time. Well ... A voice uttered with a certain wisdom "aaah but proteins are things that a pharmacist is not required to know". Ah but really? So you sell them but don't even know what you are selling. However, I left on the spot quite annoyed and even a bit bitter. From personal experience I see that even protein and vitamin supplements go hand in hand with medicines in the prevention of good health, so I don't understand why "a pharmacist is not required to know". But at this point ... Go back to selling only medicines.

Un farmaco ordinato in largo anticipo, tramite telefono e WhatsApp, al momento del ritiro non si trovava più e le giacenze non corrispondevano alla reale disponibilità della farmacia. Se fosse stato un farmaco di estrema necessità, si poteva "morire" visto che non era disponibile neanche presso i loro fornitori.
