Very bad experience. Incomplete information at the time of purchase and, when I pointed this out, there was no excuse nor the replacement of the now useless goods. You have lost a customer and if you work like this you will lose many others!

Farmaciste molto preparate e che sanno ascoltare e consigliare bene. Di solito uso i loro prodotti che mi hanno aiutato molto in un momento di stress. Dispongono anche farmaci da banco, prodotti per trucco per pelli sensibili, profumi,prodotti prima infanzia e se proprio dovesse al momento mancare in negozio ciò che si cerca, hanno tempi molto brevi per farli arrivare. Sinceramente le dottoresse sono di una cortesia unica e spiegano in modo minuzioso qualsiasi tipo di farmaco o pomata da loro prodotta. Lo consiglio alle persone di qualsiasi età perché troveranno sicuramente una buona risposta!
I came to know of this parapharmacy from a friend of mine and I can really say THANK YOU for meeting him. Pharmacists very prepared and who know how to listen and advise well. I usually use their products which have helped me a lot in a time of stress. They also have over-the-counter drugs, make-up products for sensitive skin, perfumes, early childhood products and if you really miss what you are looking for in the shop at the moment, they have very short times to get them there. Sincerely, the doctors are of a unique courtesy and explain in minute detail any type of drug or ointment produced by them. I recommend it to people of any age because they will surely find a good answer!
