Dry ice lasts very little (less than 10 minutes !!) and cools nothing.

β β β β β Salve, ho acquistato nel 2012 la tiralatte MiniElettrico Farma Milk. L'ho utilizzata per il mio primo bambino e mi sono trovata benissimo, ora l'ho ripresa da qualche mese per utilizzarla con il mio secondo bambino ma la suzione non avviene nonostante mi sia attenuta attentamente alle istruzioni, alla pulizia ed ai consigli sui possibili guasti riportati all'interno della confezione. Volevo sapere se posso spedirla per un controllo ed eventualmente una riparazione se necessita, nonostante io abbia smarrito lo scontrino d'acquisto?
Hi, in 2012 I purchased the Farma Milk MiniElectric breast pump. I used it for my first child and I had a great time, I have now taken it from a few months to use it with my second child but the suction does not happen even though I carefully followed the instructions, cleaning and advice on possible faults reported in the package. I wanted to know if I can send it for a check and if necessary a repair if needed, although I lost the purchase receipt?

β β β β β Per mia sfortuna ho dovuto ricorrere all'uso di un catetere e quindi della relativa "borsa urina ml 2000 tubo cm 90 sterile con scarico", ne ho acquistati in farmacia 10 dei quali 2 sono risultati difettosi (perdite di urina non proveniente dalla valvola di scarico ma da una difettosa saldatura del fondo della sacca). Ritengo che il 20% di difetti sia una percentuale ASSOLUTAMENTE inaccettabile per un presidio medico.
Unfortunately for me I had to resort to the use of a catheter and therefore of the relative "urine bag 2000 ml tube 90 cm sterile with drain", I bought 10 from the pharmacy of which 2 were defective (leakage of urine not coming from the unloaded but by a defective welding of the bottom of the bag). I believe that 20% of defects is an ABSOLUTELY unacceptable percentage for medical treatment.
