Peccato.
Mi spiego meglio così sembra troppo negativa. Io sono solito fare ordini a scorta in modo che quando ne ho bisogno li ho in casa senza fare corse. Questo è un ordine che risale a Gennaio e solo due giorni fa, a scorte vecchie finite, ho visto che non mi erano mai arrivate le scatole.
La colpa è mia per non aver controllato la consegna subito e quasi sicuramente il corriere ha sbagliato o smarrito il pacco. Sono consapevole del fatto che ormai è passato troppo tempo.
Mea culpa. Sono però contento del fatto che sono stato contattato al riguardo in tempi brevi.
I placed an order in late January and unfortunately nothing ever arrived.
Pity.
Let me explain it better so it seems too negative. I usually do stock orders so that when I need them I have them at home without running around. This is an order that dates back to January and only two days ago, with old stocks running out, I saw that the boxes had never arrived.
The fault is mine for not having checked the delivery immediately and almost certainly the courier has missed or lost the package. I am aware that too much time has passed now.
My fault. However, I am glad that I was contacted about this in a short time.
