Da provare il TORTEL di patate, molto tipico e abbondante (da prenotare con almeno 2 ore di anticipo). Buonissimi i dolci. Ingredienti freschi e ottimi, è l'unica azienda agricola di Andalo: oltre a cucinare piatti tipici con prodotti genuini, alleva mucche e si occupa della manutenzione dei prati del paese (grande servizio alla comunità). Se avrete un po' di pazienza e gentilezza, il gestore forse vi racconterà qualche cosa della dura vita dell'agricoltore che continua a curare la montagna e accogliere i turisti coi suoi piatti e prodotti tipici: un "presidio" di montagna da sostenere e consigliare. Non do le 5 stelle perché nel 2021 non credo sia comodo avere un solo menu appeso ad una bacheca... Dove tutti i commensali devono alzarsi e andare a scegliere i piatti da ordinare. Abbiamo preso per la bimba un hamburger con patatine e ci hanno portato carne macinata schiacciata tra i palmi delle mani cattiva e mal cotta e patate al forno fredde. Alla rimostranza propongono scocciati di rifare il piatto, alché abbiamo detto di no perché disgustati. Al momento del conto non ci hanno né decurtato il piatto sbagliato né fatto uno sconto della metà del piatto incriminato. Non c'era verso di discutere col titolare: a lui interessa fregare i soldi dei turisti e basta! Ah, NON hanno chiesto il green pass, avevo nasato che il titolare era un no vax dal modo di porsi ed è stato confermato da una visita al suo profilo Facebook. Caro Christian cambia lavoro perché al contatto col pubblico non ci sai proprio stare! Bad experience, stay away from this place and its obnoxious owner. Sembra tutto sicuramente non a norma nel senso che è un servizio prestato con tutte le lacune del caso. Armatevi di dispositivo con attacco triplo, in quanto collegamenti posticci e non curati. Il gestore sicuramente non brilla per disponibilità e simpatia, cosa alquanto strana ci è sembrato la pretesa del il pagamento dell'intero soggiorno in anticipo e in contanti, salvo scoprire che non era una pratica comune a tutti.
