★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evento organizzato alla perfezione , tutto perfetto , località , clima estivo incredibile 31 gradi, binomio che spero in futuro prosegua , conferenza stampa che ha spiegato il motivo dell'evento impreziosita anche dalla presenza del mister Gasperini e Luca Percassi , hanno fatto seguito poi la visita guidata alla cantina con l'enologo che spiegava perfettamente i vari vini e la loro preparazione, poi via alle degustazioni seguendo un percorso perfetto che mi ha portato ad apprezzare tutte le varie specialità , chef coria the best, ma tutti i settori impeccabili .

La percezione generale dalla mia visita "enoica" nella bergamasca (non smentita dal passaggio qui), provenendo da terre di altra tradizione vinicola, è di una competenza ancora acerba che si riverbera su prodotti "adolescenti" per il palato di un consumatore non locale.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo risulta in tal modo poco coerente e il prodotto di limitata appetibilità.
