Tutto ottimo e ben incartato x poterlo consumare a casa, grazie !! I bought 2 portions of farinata about 300 gr for € 5 euro, excellent and freshly baked, in a historic restaurant in Pietra, and I was lucky enough to attend a session by a kind lady who told me in detail the origin farinata, which I did not know !!! All excellent and well wrapped x to be able to consume it at home, thanks !!

La farinata è spettacolare, con ingredienti genuini e ricetta tramandata di lustro in lustro. La piccola bottega offre anche torte salate e prodotti locali di ottima qualità e prezzi corretti. Tanta gentilezza e....armatevi di pazienza a volte, nei periodi di maggior affluenza turistica, la fila è d'obbligo ma ne vale assolutamente la pena. Straconsigliata! A must for those who spend a holiday or are passing through Pietra Ligure. The farinata is spectacular, with genuine ingredients and a recipe handed down from luster to luster. The small shop also offers savory pies and local products of excellent quality and fair prices. A lot of kindness and .... arm yourself with patience at times, in the peak tourist periods, the queue is a must but it is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

Excellent porridge. Do not be in a hurry because it does not take out continuously and it happens that you have to wait for 10 minutes to cook. But it's really worth it !!
