Ci si aspetta una certa qualità di servizio, invece per un difetto di una porta pagata anche caramente abbiamo dovuto aspettare quasi 5 mesi e al momento dell'appuntamento non si sono presentati avvertendo all'ultimo momento di un imprevisto. Uguale il giorno seguente. Ci si dovrebbe aspettare una serietà ma purtroppo non sanno come soddisfare un cliente. Sconsigliato! A bad disappointment! Non ci tornerò più. Mi rivolgero ad altro negozio uguale ma che conosco più organizzato. Saluti - - Rispondo al Sig. FARINA: Spett.le Sig. FULVIO FARINA Innanzitutto confermo quanto scritto in precedenza, e! Se ci fosse la stata la segnaletica l'avrei vista, ma non c'è. La mia opinione è scaturita dalla irritazione provata andando per la prima volta e non essere considerato come nuovo cliente, nella molto nota rivendita di materiali per l'edilizia FARINA. Se lei volesse potremmo entrare insieme all'improvviso nella rivendita e le farei notare (se Lei nel frattempo non avesse prestato rimedio) quello che ho scritto. Tra l'altro Lei mi insegna che non è tanto arrivare primi, ma! Mantenerla la prima posizione; e ancora, che per guadagnare la fiducia di un cliente ci vuole un anno, per perderla un minuto.
