★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato e mi ha risposto un' impiegata in maniera cortese, "ho specificato subito che l'intervento che stavo chiedendo era da farsi su un attrezzo che non avevo acquistato da loro"....chiedevo se potevano eseguire la carburazione di un tagliasiepi...dopo questa mia informazione, l'impiegata ha risposto cambiando completamente il tono di voce (si è infastidita ed è diventata alquanto arrogante) dicendomi "CHIEDO AL PROPRIETARIO" e mi ha messo in attesa...dopo buoni 5 minuti mi ha risposto dicendomi che non aveva tempo di stare al telefono con me perché aveva altre telefonate in corso e mi ha sbattuto giù il telefono. L'intervento...gliel'avrei pagato, non avevo chiesto di farlo gratis.... sinceramente non mi spiego questo suo comportamento... probabilmente dettato da indicazioni del proprietario!
I telephoned and an employee replied politely, "I immediately specified that the intervention I was asking was to be done on a tool that I had not purchased from them" .... I asked if they could perform the carburetion of a hedge trimmer ... after this my information, the employee replied by completely changing the tone of voice (she was annoyed and became somewhat arrogant) saying "I ASK THE OWNER" and put me on hold ... after a good 5 minutes I got he replied that he had no time to be on the phone with me because he had other calls going on and he slammed me down the phone. The intervention ... I would have paid for it, I hadn't asked to do it for free .... I honestly don't explain this behavior ... probably dictated by the owner's instructions!

Bravi i titolari Orlando e Giuseppe (Pino) ma anche i figli di Orlando (Nicola ed EDOARDO).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilissimi sicuramente e credo anche professionali, anche se non li ho testati, ma l attesa di 10 giorni per una semplice riparazione di una motosega tra l'altro della casa di appartenenza 'sthill' mi sembra veramente esagerato. Assumete personale se non fate fronte alle richieste della clientela almeno per il periodo estivo.
Certainly very kind and I think also professional, even if I have not tested them, but the wait of 10 days for a simple repair of a chainsaw, among other things, of the house of belonging 'sthill' seems to me really exaggerated. Hire staff if you don't meet customer demands at least for the summer.
