★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La professionalità e cortesia/competenza (a mio avviso) sono soltanto teoriche . Io non mi sono trovato bene per atteggiamento e supponenza.Tempi di riparazione lunghi anche per chi ha avuto un recente intervento non andato a buon fine e si deve rimettere in lunga coda per la riparazione.
Professionalism and courtesy / competence (in my opinion) are only theoretical. I was not happy with attitude and haughtiness. Long repair times even for those who have had a recent intervention that was not successful and have to get back in a long queue for repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non fatevi convincere a prendere l'assicurazione che vi propongono, sembra conveniente ma non lo è, perché se poi disdite il contratto o passate con altra compagnia per tre anni anni dovete pagare per il satellitare che vi hanno installato. Tutta una truffa.
Do not be persuaded to take the insurance they offer you, it seems convenient but it is not, because if you then cancel the contract or spend three years with another company you have to pay for the satellite they have installed. All a scam.
