Chiesto preventivo a fine aprile, che per me era già accettato, ma ancora a metà giugno inoltrato il commerciale non ha avuto il tempo per venire a portarmi del materiale in vista dell'assemblea di condominio che avrebbe dovuto approvare la sostituzionedei miei serramenti. Mi sono sentita dire che per 4 finestre non vale la pena.. complimenti.. un'attenzione al cliente decisamente imbarazzante e una maleducazione incredibile da parte del commerciale che mi ha "seguita".. p	pasquale carucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistati nel 2018, mi sono affidato a loro perchè avevo il piacere di usare i miei soldi per un azienda italiana. Come al solito non c'è nulla da fare, siamo e saremo sempre italiani. Oggi scrivo la recensione perchè ho voluto aspettare per vedere la tenuta in se dei serramenti, perfetto in tre anni non posso lamentarmi di tutti i serramenti almeno le finestre sono le uniche realmente efficaci, mentre la proposta delle porte finestre senza lo scalino sono a dir poco mediocri, dopo nemmeno 8 mesi dall'installazione una pioggia un pelo forte ha fatto entrare l'acqua sotto e mi sono trovato il soggiorno allagato (abito all'ottavo piano), ho chiamato e mi è stato risposto che era un evento eccezionale e quindi zitto e muto, poi li ho richiamati perchè anche se manutenuti con olio silicone sulle guarnizioni e grasso per serramenti alle cerniere la porte finestre continuano a chiudersi a fatica nonostante qualche regolazione ora quella più grande praticamente ha un problema alla basculante... morale della favola dopo 3 anni? Nessuna garanzia di uscita, se esce il tecnico deve pagare. Un vero dispiacere, ma giustamente quando il loro commerciale deve vendere sarebbe capace di immolarsi alla guerra. Per mia fortuna ho già avvisato le persone che avevano intenzione di chiamare per un preventivo nel mio palazzo facendogli vedere un bel pò di foto almeno loro non spenderanno e avranno poi brutte sorprese. Installate un anno fa da persone decisamente incompetenti ( a detta degli stessi tecnici venuti più volte in seguito a sistemare il pessimo lavoro fatto ) , ogni 2/3 mesi devo supplicare di tornare per regolare le finestre che dopo un po’ che restano aperte NON SI CHIUDONO !! Più di 15 giorni fa ho scritto nuovamente perché una porta finestra non è ben allineata ed entra aria ( allego foto ). Ho sollecitato più volte ma ancora nulla. Ho chiesto e richiesto un check-up di tutte le finestre ma mi è stato risposto che vanno bene così. In base alla mia esperienza SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI ACQUISTARE DA QUESTA DITTA. Purtroppo l’unica cosa che forse li obbliga a fare il loro lavoro di assistenza sono le vie legali ( alle quali stiamo già pensando di ricorrere ) The two stars are for the product that does not look bad. Sono stata seguita nell'ordine dei serramenti dalla signora Lucia, che con molta professionalità mi ha consigliato e aiutato nella scelta. Soddisfatta pienamente! I prodotti sono molto validi dal punto di vista tecnico ed esteticamente rappresentano molto bene la maestria italiana. Devo dire che ho avuto a che fare con persone molto professionali e al contempo amichevoli: si sono tutti operati per venire incontro alle mie esigenze. Bravi!! Oltre alla grande competenza e precisione degli installatori, ho gradito molto lanche i consigli che ho ricevuto per la manutenzione e la cura di quanto installato. Provvederò a breve anche alla sostituzione delle porte, sempre con Fapes Group. Consigliato vivamente.
