Prezzo un po' altino ma tutti soldi spesi bene! I had a party for my daughter on her 4th birthday and the kids had a lot of fun and nice and prepared staff. Purtroppo causa del Covid tutto rimandato all anno successivo, senza possibilità di rimborso. Ad oggi mancano pochi giorni al compleanno e ancora non sarà possibile festeggiare per il secondo anno consecutivo. La struttura si rifiuta di rispondere ai messaggi, alle telefonate. Poca serietà e professionalità. A mio avviso vergognoso. Bad, I had booked the room for a birthday in advance which covered half the quota. Unfortunately, due to Covid, everything was postponed to the following year, with no possibility of reimbursement. To date, there are only a few days left until the birthday and it will still not be possible to celebrate for the second consecutive year. The structure refuses to answer messages, phone calls. Little seriousness and professionalism. In my opinion shameful.

L’altra festa i bambini urlavano (come giusto che sia) e noi dell’altra festa ci siamo intossicati l’apertura dei regali perché non si sentiva nulla,zero!! Dopo aver speso quasi 400€ per una festa di 3 ore, abbiamo chiesto all’animatrice dei piatti di plastica dove mettere la torta agli adulti, e si sono permessi di chiederci i 2€ per il pacco di piatti..( non è colpa delle animatrici ma di chi comanda in alto) Poi , all’entrata del personaggio MINNIE, il vestito era incompleto.. la ragazza era senza i guantoni di minnie e il fiocco in testa pendeva davanti ai suoi occhi. I piatti di plastica dell’antipasto per i bimbi, impolverati. Da rivedere anche le pizzette e i rustici perché non ero un granché. The location is beautiful but two parties in one day cannot be held.
