Aveva i capelli sani, nonostante anni di tinte con ammoniaca e altre decolorazioni, dato che faceva spesso trattamenti per mantenerli sani. Il parrucchiere ha affidato il compito della decolorazione ad un assistente, e qualcosa deve essere andare storto, perché dopo la deco, il toner e una maschera hanno fatto un'altra decolorazione in modo anomalo, se ne è accorta anche mia madre che non è una professionista. Dopo essersi allontanati un attimo e aver battibeccato, sono tornati e hanno abbozzato qualche scusa tipo "eh questa è la seconda fase, è normalissimo", "eh ma le decolorazioni rendono sempre i capelli rovinati". Cosa non vera. Alla fine un secondo assistente ha asciugato i capelli facendole anche male (penso sia inevitabile quando i tuoi capelli si sono trasformati in rametti secchi). Il risultato è che ora mia madre ha i capelli totalmente rovinati, con la consistenza di fili di vetro. Gli errori si possono commettere, ma avrebbero dovuto avere la decenza di ammetterlo e di magari far pagare poco o addirittura niente a mia madre, quando invece le hanno fatto pagare un prezzo salato dato il risultato ottenuto. Mamma quasi piangeva tornata a casa. My mother went to this salon for a balayage. Mistakes can be made, but they should have had the decency to admit it and maybe make my mother pay little or even nothing, when instead they made her pay a salty price given the result obtained. Mum was almost crying when she got home.
