β β β β β Una stella perchΓ© personalmente non ho avuto una buona esperienza. Alla reception c'Γ¨ una persona non preparata e scortese. L'insegnante Γ¨ stata maleducata ed indisponente con me e poco pochissimo disponibile(avevo chiesto di poter parlare con lei per bypassare l'accettazione). I prezzi li decidono al momento e in base alla simpatia poiche una prova di 45 min io l'ho pagata 10β¬ e ho poi scoperto che altre mamme avevano pagato 5β¬. Ho effettuato iscrizione pagando 30β¬ concordando il giorno e dopo una settimana ho scoperto ( andando a vuoto nella giornata prestabilita) che il giorno di lezione era cambiato ovviamente non avrei piΓΉ potuto portare la mia bambina nel nuovo giorno e ho perso iscrizione e mese. Mancanza di serietΓ e professionalitΓ .
One star because I personally haven't had a good experience. At the reception there is an unprepared and rude person. The teacher was rude and annoying with me and very little available (I had asked to be able to speak to her to bypass acceptance). The prices are decided at the moment and based on sympathy since a 45-minute trial I paid 10 β¬ and then I discovered that other mothers had paid 5 β¬. I signed up by paying 30 β¬ by agreeing on the day and after a week I discovered (unsuccessful on the scheduled day) that the day of class had changed obviously I would no longer be able to take my child to the new day and I lost enrollment and month. Lack of seriousness and professionalism.
