Di 4 pizze 2 sono uscite con un'infornata e 2 con un'altra. Nel complesso migliorabile. Pizza that is too thin and crunchy for my taste. Wait much longer than the expected delivery time. Faccio una premessa, me ne intendo di pizza in quanto ho origini meridionali e so farmi la pizza in casa. 1) Mi è capitato in bocca qualche ingrediente scaduto! Sono dovuto andare in bagno per sputare il bolo perché era immangiabile... 2) Le farine utilizzate nell'impasto e la preparazione dell'impasto in se è ORRIBILE, ho preso una semplice pizza rossa e nemmeno quei pochissimi ingredienti sorreggeva; inoltre è gommoso e non ha sapore! 3) La loro "pizza" innanzi tutto non è lievitata, credo non usano il lievito perché è pesante in quanto ti rimane nello stomaco. La lievitazione serve a posta per rendere più digeribile l'impasto, loro evidentemente non lo usano per risparmiare tempo e far credere che sia più leggera, beh ovvio se fai fare una lievitazione di due ore è meglio non metterlo... 4) Non ha cornicione, che razza di pizza è se non ha un minimo di cornicione? Anche a guardarla non è bella, non si fa mangiare. The worst pizza I have eaten.
