Fantastic location at the foot of the imposing bell tower of the Cathedral. Friendly and courteous staff, excellent quality of service.

Tagliere di salumi e formaggi: due pezzetti di pseudo Grana, tre fette di prosciutto crudo salatissimo, prosciutto cotto e capocollo da cucina e anche un po' datati. Riferito che i prodotti non fossero graditi per qualità ci vien risposto: Mi dispiace, riferisco.... ma riferisco a chi se il titolare è se medesimo? 2. Costoni serviti con condimento a crudo: tonno all'olio e funghetti non sgocciolati. 3. Conto un po' salato e tra l'altro ci vien fatto pagare il tagliere per intero, il coperto (per un tovagliolo contato) e addirittura l'acqua è contata due volte. UNA NOTTE HORROR, DA NON RIPETERE. Unpresentable and intangible dishes. 1. Platter of cold cuts and cheeses: two small pieces of pseudo Grana, three slices of very salty prosciutto, cooked ham and kitchen cap and also a little dated. Reported that the products were not acceptable for quality we are told: I'm sorry, I refer .... but I refer to whom if the owner is himself? 2. Costoni served with raw seasoning: oiled tuna and non-drained mushrooms. 3. Quando vado in vacanza non perdo l'occasione di andare a mangiare i bruschettoni e le pinse ottime. Buona selezione di vini e birre, rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente e il gestore simpatico ed educato. Tornerò sicuramente !!! Cozy restaurant in the historic center of Ruvo di Puglia at the foot of the Cathedral bell tower. When I go on vacation I don't miss the opportunity to go and eat the excellent bruschettoni and pinse.
