★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato questa estate una moto presso questa concessionaria e mi sono trovato benissimo. Il titolare Fabio è una persona precisa e competente oltre che molto simpatico. Anche i suoi collaboratori sono stati molto disponibili e cortesi. Mi sento di consigliare questa concessionaria.
 I bought a motorcycle at this dealership this summer and I had a great time. The owner Fabio is a precise and competent person as well as very nice. His collaborators were also very helpful and courteous. I can recommend this dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca serietà! richiedo disponibilità di qualche pezzo di ricambio visto su un loro annuncio attivo (subito.it) e loro mi contattano dopo una settimana che mi avrebbero fatto sapere...scomparsi....ma l'annuncio c'è sempre! (dopo un anno)...ora capisco il perchè!
Little seriousness! I request the availability of some spare parts seen on their active ad (immediately.it) and they contact me after a week that they would let me know ... disappeared .... but the ad is always there! (after a year) ... now I understand why!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un borsello posteriore porta attrezzi per Yamaha Xt 2kf del 1988 specificando modello ed anno della moto.
Mi hanno inviato il modello del tt che si differenzia dal fatto che sul posteriore ha 4 fori, mentre il quello del xt ne ha tre e oltretutto non combaciano per nulla.
A loro discolpa va detto che mi hanno mandato tramite email delle foto prima di confermare l'ordine, ma io ingenuamente non gli ho dato pesi, pensando che avendo specificato il modello della moto fosse quello giusto.
Devo anche dire che mi hanno proposto il reso.
La velocità di spedizione e la cortesia della segretaria al telefono meritano 5 stelle, mentre il contatto su whatsapp ( mi ha detto che non trattano questo articolo) e la corrispondenza del ricambio meritano nulla.
Insomma a me è sembrato che vogliono vendere a tutti i costi
I ordered a rear tool bag for the 1988 Yamaha Xt 2kf specifying the model and year of the bike.
They sent me the model of the tt which differs from the fact that on the rear it has 4 holes, while the one of the xt has three and moreover they do not match at all.
In their defense it must be said that they sent me photos by email before confirming the order, but I naively gave them no weights, thinking that having specified the model of the bike it was the right one.
I must also say that they offered me the return.
The speed of shipping and the courtesy of the secretary on the phone deserve 5 stars, while the contact on whatsapp (he told me they do not deal with this article) and the correspondence of the spare deserve nothing.
In short, it seemed to me that they want to sell at all costs
