M	Maria Teresa Politano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto stupendo ma servizio deludente.camera con frigorifero e condizionatore non funzionante..asciugami sporchi posati per terra da noi stessi ritrovati piegati fra quegli puliti dopo il servizio camera. Servizio della colazione e del pranzo deludente...oltre ai visi scocciati delle signore siamo rammaricati x esser stati trattati in modo umiliante dalla signora che prendeva la comanda mentre eravamo a tavola attirando l attenzione di tutte le persone che pranzavano. Qualunque sia stato il problema avremmo gradito di esser stati richiamati in un secondo momento e in un altro posto non mentre eravano a tavola.Tornero a visitare la bellissima natura ma preferisco soggiornare altrove o nella mia stessa auto. Wonderful place but disappointing service. Room with refrigerator and air conditioner not working .. dirty towels placed on the floor by ourselves found folded among those clean after room service. Disappointing breakfast and lunch service ... in addition to the annoyed faces of the ladies we regret that we were treated in a humiliating way by the lady who took the lead while we were at the table attracting the attention of all the people who dined. Whatever the problem we would have liked to have been called back at a later time and in another place not while they were at the table. I will go back to visit the beautiful nature but I prefer to stay elsewhere or in my own car.

Bello da passarci 1 o 2 settimane per visitare la bellissima Basilicata e passare qualche ora spensierati nella loro piscina tra la natura e la tranquillità. La cucina è innovativa e molto gustosa, con piatti sia locali che internazionali buonissimi e presentati con un tocco artistico. Il personale è molto preparato e gentilissimo che cerca di soddisfare ogni desiderio del cliente. Magical place and cared for down to the smallest detail. Nice to spend 1 or 2 weeks to visit the beautiful Basilicata and spend a few carefree hours in their swimming pool between nature and tranquility. The cuisine is innovative and very tasty, with both local and international dishes very good and presented with an artistic touch. The staff is very knowledgeable and very kind who try to satisfy every customer's wish.
L	Liliana De Felice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è bella , ma poco attrezzata, la piscina sporca sul fondo e non attrezzata per gli ospiti presenti , mancano gli ombrelloni con un caldo bestiale e i posti in ombra pochi per le persone presenti. La camera con ragnatele, coperchio del water rotto , cosa che odio e chiusura dell' armadio rotta .pulizia della camera ogni tre giorni , mi sembra un po' troppo .Abbia.o mangiato a Ferragosto al caldo , mentre ospiti occasionali al fresco nel salone .Pranzo molto lento .Non c' è il televisore da nessuna parte per cui il tempo no non passa .Ce ne siamo andati due giorni prima . The structure is beautiful, but poorly equipped, the pool dirty on the bottom and not equipped for the guests present, there are no umbrellas with a bestial heat and few places in the shade for the people present. Room with cobwebs, broken toilet lid, which I hate and broken closet lock. Room cleaning every three days, it seems a bit too much. . Very slow lunch. There is no TV anywhere so time does not pass. We left two days earlier.

Il personale è gentilissimo e professionale. Unica nota leggermente stonata è la mancanza di un punto ristoro per i clienti di passaggio, ma ciò non pregiudica la qualità e quindi le 5 stelle. Ci tornerò. Really beautiful structure, attention to detail of a high level, rustic and finely restored ... excellent location with a beautiful view of the lake / dam and the Pollino which is a few km away. The staff is very kind and professional. The only slightly discordant note is the lack of a refreshment point for passing customers, but this does not affect the quality and therefore the 5 stars. I'll be back.

Ho trovato un po scomoda l'offerta solo con formula b&b, quindi pranzo e cena sono alla carta e l'offerta delle pietanze per me è un po scarsa oltre ai prezzi un po alti. Quindi se un utente decide di trascorrere un periodo i relax, che il posto decisamente offre, più lungo, per variare la scelta gastronomica è costretto a recarsi nel paese più vicino. A beautiful farm, well managed that winks at eco-sustainability, a beautiful well-kept swimming pool. I found the offer only with the b & b formula a bit uncomfortable, so lunch and dinner are à la carte and the offer of dishes for me is a bit scarce in addition to the slightly high prices. So if a user decides to spend a relaxing period, which the place definitely offers, longer, to vary the gastronomic choice he is forced to go to the nearest town.

Un luogo dove tranquillità e tradizione si incontrano, dove è possibile assagiare prodotti del terriorio della loro azienda agricola, o rilassarsi nella panoramica piscina. Le aree comuni sono ben curate, le stanze ampie e aredate in stile country house. Buona la colazione. A pochi chilometri dalle principali attrazzioni del Pollino Lucano. Il luogo ideale per chi volesse visitare questo bellissimo Parco Nazionale @iviaggidiema A farm surrounded by nature, overlooking the Lake of Monte Cotugno. A place where tranquility and tradition meet, where it is possible to taste products of the territory of their farm, or relax in the panoramic swimming pool. The common areas are well cared for, the rooms are large and furnished in a country house style. Good breakfast. A few kilometers from the main attractions of the Pollino Lucano. The ideal place for those wishing to visit this beautiful National Park @iviaggidiema
N	Nancy Scarcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura immersa nel verde con una graziosa piscina,posizionata difronte ad un lago artificiale.Purtroppo avendo soggiornato il 12 settembre siamo stati trattati da clienti di serieB,malgrado sia una struttura a 4stelle. La cucina era chiusa,la colazione scarsa e misera, l'acqua della piscina era sporca, c'era una sola persona ad accoglierci e sembrava che la stessimo disturbando mostrandoci freddezza e zero empatia. La stessa persona mi diceva il giorno dopo a colazione ,di accontentarmi della"scarsa e misera" colazione in quanto eravamo gli unici ospiti della struttura. Apparentemente la struttura può anche meritare ma i servizi ed il personale devono essere efficienti e garantiti anche il 12 settembre. Structure surrounded by greenery with a lovely swimming pool, located in front of an artificial lake.Unfortunately, having stayed on September 12th we were treated by series B customers, despite being a 4-star hotel. The kitchen was closed, the breakfast sparse and miserable, the pool water was dirty, there was only one person to welcome us and it seemed that we were bothering her by showing coldness and zero empathy. The same person told me the next day at breakfast, to be satisfied with the "poor and miserable" breakfast as we were the only guests in the structure. Apparently the structure may well deserve but the services and staff must be efficient and guaranteed even on 12 September.
