Terrazza condominiale .. fila di case anonime con marciapiede stretto e stradone trafficato .Non consigliato. Guardate su Google maps: è direttamente su uno stradone misleading communication. No quiet, not surrounded by greenery. Condominium terrace .. row of anonymous houses with narrow sidewalk and busy street. Not recommended. Look on Google maps: is directly on a main road

I padroni di casa sono gentili e ospitali, e l'appartamento è molto pulito e dotato di arredamento nuovo. Il posto auto rimane comodissimo proprio di fronte all'appartamento. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente! House surrounded by greenery of Montegrimano Terme, quiet location, right next to the municipal park, perfect for families with small children. The hosts are warm and welcoming, and the apartment is very clean and equipped with new furniture. The parking space remains very convenient just in front of the apartment. Excellent Value for money!

Casa con pochi accessori una tazza per due per la colazione ed anche sbeccata. No giardino ma aiuola piccolissima Non vivivibile. Siamo dovuti venire via prima dopo una notte insonne in un materasso durissimo . Non co andate Absolutely to be avoided. There is talk of a quiet place and is located on a road passing cars and trucks continuously. Home with a few accessories a cup for two for breakfast and also a chipped one. No garden but very small flowerbed Not livable. We had to come away soon after a sleepless night in a very hard mattress. Do not go co
L	Luca Vaisitti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione molto tranquilla, la casa è molto graziosa e curata, ha un' ampia cucina con doppio lavabo, macchina del caffè e tanti altri accessori, bagno con un' immenso box doccia , la camere da letto han 2 grossi armadi, sono molto luminose e con due bei balconi. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dei padroni di casa non ha eguali. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questo appartamento anche per il luogo in cui è situato ( a massimo 30 min. si han tutte le principali località della riviera ). Very quiet location, the house is very nice and cared for, has a large kitchen with double sink, coffee machine and many other accessories, bathroom with a huge shower box, the bedrooms have 2 large closets, are very bright and with two beautiful balconies. The kindness and helpfulness of the hosts is unparalleled. I highly recommend staying in this apartment even for the place where it is located (all the main towns on the Riviera are within 30 minutes).
S	Silvio Zeppa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è proprio un luogo di quiete. Si trova su una strada a forte traffico, stretta e rumorosa, anche nelle ore serali. Con mia moglie non abbiamo potuto risallarci. Nella cucina abbiamo trovato un barattolo di Nutella aperto e consumato ed una serie di cibi vecchi. Mancavano anche le tazze per la colazione. Il giardino e’ invece un cortiletto che non consente certo di rilassarsi, proprio perche’ da sulla strada trafficata.il posto auto non ha nulla di speciale. Per chi porta con se’ il cane, di fronte c’e’ Un giardino pubblico: peccato che l’ingresso sia vietato ai cani. Da sconsigliare. It is not really a place of quiet. It is located on a road with heavy traffic, narrow and noisy, even in the evening hours. We couldn't go back with my wife. In the kitchen we found an open and consumed Nutella jar and a series of old foods. The cups for breakfast were also missing. The garden is instead a small courtyard that certainly does not allow you to relax, precisely because it is on the busy road. The car park has nothing special. For those who bring the dog with them, in front of them there is a public garden: a pity that dogs are not allowed to enter. Not recommended.

L'alloggio è completo di tutto quello che serve: cucina attrezzata, cassetta di pronto soccorso, giochi per bambini, zanzariere e tutto quello che può essere utile! C'è anche un tablet a libero utilizzo! La pulizia è perfetta, e l'accoglienza è stata fantastica: si può accedere a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte, e i proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Sicuramente consigliato! The apartment is a stone's throw from San Marino and is well maintained in a very quiet area in front of the park. The village is truly a jewel to explore! The accommodation is complete with everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, first aid kit, games for children, mosquito nets and everything that can be useful! There is also a tablet for free use! The cleanliness is perfect, and the reception was fantastic: it can be accessed at any time of day or night, and the owners are very kind and helpful. Definitely recommended!
