Senza appuntamento e in 5 minuti, dopo averci ascoltato hanno risolto il problema... Anche solo per richiere un certificato per poter prolungare l'attivata lavorativa in gravidanza e quindi per fare una visita ginecologica si rimpallano le responsabilita tra le ASL e loro senza ottenere nulla... Risultato mezza giornata persa Bad service and bad management. J	Jasmin A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficile da contattare. Non risponde mai nessuno. Abbiamo avuto il primo appuntamento lì per il vaccino di un neonato. Brutta esperienza perchè secondo me il pediatra non ha fatto il suo lavoro come doveva. Ha fatto due punture in ogni gamba una, lasciandola con l'ago dentro la gamba e allontanandosi per prendere cottone e cerotti (cosa che si prepara prima o che dovrebbe dargli l'assistente). Mai visto cose del genere. Si sa che se lasci l'ago, si sposta dentro la gamba e fa ancora più male. Al call center mi hanno detto " è si sa della mal sanità in italia..." ma questo è piutosto menefreghismo e ha a che fare con la superficialità e il poco rispetto che hanno. Non so dove ha studiato questo pediatra ma per me non dovrebbe lavorare come tale. Bisogna fare più controlli. Difficult to contact. Nobody ever answers. We had the first appointment there for a newborn's vaccine. Bad experience because in my opinion the pediatrician did not do his job as he should. He made two punctures in each leg one, leaving it with the needle inside the leg and walking away to get cotton and band-aids (which he prepares first or the assistant should give him). Never seen such things. It is known that if you let go of the needle, it moves inside your leg and hurts even more. At the call center they told me "it is known about bad health in Italy ..." but this is rather indifference and has to do with the superficiality and little respect they have. I don't know where this pediatrician studied but for me it shouldn't work as one. More checks need to be done.
A	Alessandra Federici on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono state capaci di avvisarmi che non avevano i vaccini e quindi il mio appuntamento era rimandato... ovvero hanno provato a contattarmi due giorni prima dell'appunt. da un numero scvonosciuto che non e' abilitato a ricevere. Io lavoravo, ho provato a richiamare ma, appunto, non era possibile. Il giorno dopo nessuno ha provato a ricontattarmi. E-mail o messaggi neanche a parlarne, roba fantascientifica . Risultato: La bimba di 3 mesi è dovuta uscire a buffo sotto il diluvio per stare un'ora alla asl maledetta dove non c'era né un cartello ne' un'operatore allo sportello di assistenza che sapesse aiutarmi. Porte tutte chiuse a chiave. Ho chiesto aiuto a una neuropsichiatra che era lì di turno e quella mi ha tuonato contro cacciandomi dalla sua stanza . Fortuna che un'altra dottoressa mi ha vista in difficoltà ed è riuscita a reperire la responsabile dei vaccini e a farla venire nella sua stanza dove io e mia figlia aspettavamo da un'ora per sentirci dire"il dottore non c'è , niente vaccino oggi . D'altronde ho provato a chiamarla due giorni fa" e scusa tanto se ero a lavoro, troppo faticoso richiamare anche il giorno dopo eh?! Meglio fare uscire una neonata sotto al diluvio per nulla. Odio puro. Luckily another doctor saw me in difficulty and managed to find the vaccine manager and make her come to her room where my daughter and I had been waiting for an hour to be told "the doctor is not there, no vaccine today On the other hand I tried to call her two days ago "and sorry if I was at work, too tiring to call the next day too eh ?! Better to get a baby girl out under the flood for nothing. Pure hatred.

Persona davvero attenta, scrupolosa e molto preparata visti o numerosi anni di esperienza alle spalle. Continuo a frequentare questo consultorio grazie a lei e alla sua umanità. È un vero peccato che il consultorio non abbia un centralinista che risponda alle telefonate per gli appuntamenti! È possibile prenotare le visite solo recandosi sul posto Doctor dolceotti has now become my trusted gynecologist.
