★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come al solito ho trovato il supermercato ben organizzato, molto pulito è molto in ordine.
Ultimamente Però ho notato che certi prodotti con scaffalatura vuota, impiegano molto tempo a essere reintegrati.
Gli addetti si giustificano dicendo che dipende dalla direzione centrale in quanto loro hanno regolarmente fatto gli ordini ma la merce non arriva

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commesse/i gentilissimi, cassiere cordiali ed educate.Ci vado da quando è stato aperto e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. Unico neo(ma questo è un tasto dolente di gran parte dei supermercati) i servizi igienici non curati.E in un luogo dove si vendono principalmente generi alimentari,credo vadano tenuti meglio.
Very kind shop assistants / cashiers, friendly and polite cashiers. I've been going there since it opened and I've always had a great time. The only drawback (but this is a sore point of most supermarkets) the uncared for toilets, and in a place where mainly food is sold, I think they should be kept better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato recentente 2 confezioni di Bianco di Custoza da 3 litri da 10 euro l'uno. All'apertura ci accorgiamo che il vino è liquoroso e imbevibile. La data di confezionamento, a quel punto controllata, è 5/6/2011. Riferiamo al responsabile del Famila il quale si mostra dapprima disponibile e in un secondo tempo, quando verifichiamo che tutte le confezioni esposte riportano la stessa data, ci liquida con "è appena arrivato" e se ne va senza interessarsi di noi e del nostro reclamo. Comportamento inaccettabile. Bye bye Famila qui e in ogni altra Città.
Recently purchased 2 packs of Bianco di Custoza of 3 liters of 10 euros each. Upon opening we realize that the wine is fortified and undrinkable.
