Mi hanno venduto un prodotto con dicitura fasulla sulla confezione/listino e non ho ricevuto, pur chiedendo aiuto nessun supporto post vendita. Persone poco professionali arroganti e per nulla disponibili a risolvere la situazione. Ho dovuto acquistare il prodotto che mi serviva da in altra ditta molto più seria. Sconsiglio vivamente un acquisto da questa fabbrica per nulla professionale. Horrendous experience. They sold me a product with a fake wording on the package / price list and I did not receive it, even though I asked for help no after sales support. Unprofessional people who are arrogant and not at all available to resolve the situation. I had to buy the product I needed from another much more serious company. I strongly advise against an unprofessional purchase from this factory.

Li porti una macchina da sistemare aspettando il preventivo, ti chiamano dicendo che era pronta senza prima averci sentito sui lavori da effettuare. Non Consiglio affatto questo azienda. Not a serious company! Unreliable.. You bring them a car to fix while waiting for the quote, they call you saying it was ready without first having heard us about the work to be carried out. I do not recommend this company at all.

E' un prodotto eccezionale, trita le ossa e riduce tutto in poltiglia in pochi secondi senza alcuno sforzo. Si pulisce in modo estremamente semplice smontando i pezzi senza difficoltà. Non avrei mai immaginato di trovare un prodotto così eccellente. Assolutamente insostituibile, la consiglio a tutti i cinofili come me, mai più senza! Grandissima industria italiana, orgoglio del territorio TS12 meat mincer simply F.A.V.O.L.O.S.A. socket for mincing raw chicken wings and legs for my 6 BARF fed dogs. It is an exceptional product, it chops the bones and reduces everything to a pulp in seconds without any effort. It can be cleaned in an extremely simple way by removing the pieces without difficulty. I never imagined I would find such an excellent product. Absolutely irreplaceable, I recommend it to all dog lovers like me, never again without it! Great Italian industry, pride of the territory

Che a dir poco e orribile, nn completata come dio comanderebbe, con punti di saldatura nn rifiniti, con parti di acciaio nn rifiniti e grezzi(quindi taglienti al tocco di mano) bulloni inutili annessi sul tamburo per insaccare che a parte per la proliferazione dei batteri nn servono a nulla, tamburo calandrato malissimo e deformato all interno, con conseguenza piu ovvia aria infinita all interno del budello quindi macchinario da ricomprare perchè totalmente inutile. ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA. P. S. sto utilizzando un insaccatrice di 40 anni fa che a parte una verniciata sempre impeccabile, magari prendete esempio dalla professionalità di altri.
