P	Patrick Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super welcomming, nice and helpful staff. The menu is in italian but the staff will explain to you or even show you the meat (like us don't know a lot about beef). We had Chiania steak and it was very fresh and juicy, and the dip sauce was just cherry on top. We all enjoyed it and thought it was the best steak we jad in our trip. Definitely recommand.

Beter because they only use the best quality meat possible and serve it, as masters! By the way they are 1 of the 2 only restaurants in Italy who are allowed to import and serve real Kobe meat! Take all this from above and combine it with super friendly owner, who can tell you everything and anything about: of course meat, but also about Palermo and probably about anything else aswell, that is how pro and friendly he is! Thank you Fallstaff for the amazing meat, great, great side dishes and such warm welcome in your restaurant. A night with my misses I will never forget! We wish you all the best and if we come back to Palermo you are the first we visit and so should everyone else!

And 12 euros for 50 grams of meat and the minimum size 1.7kgs for a black angus is waaay too expensive. The restaurant was empty. My wife tried some pasta that was oily and unsalty (in the land of pasta) and my dish was 3 types of meat. Extremely salted duck, a rare beef mini steak and something cold without taste. Some drops of mustard with some seeds and pomegranate... The only positive thing : nice plating...

The restaurant is in the middle of Palermo’s city center. I picked it because it was walking distance from my hotel. Arrived around 7pm when the restaurant just opened so we were the 1st patrons. In Italy & most of Europe, dinner is eaten later. Had the charcuterie platter to start. Beautifully arranged with many different types of meats, cheeses, fruits and jams. Delicious! The waiter recommended an Australian Ribeye. So we shared a 16 oz, medium rare. It was cooked perfectly & melt in your mouth fantastic! Could be considered a pricey meal for some, but worth every penny. Washed it all down with my custom creation of an Aperol & Campari mix spritz, that I have been drinking every day and everywhere in Italy. Bon appetito!
