★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho mandato una mail di progettazione di arredi dopo aver letto sul sito la seguente frase; "contatta la falegnameria Pirozzi, troverai un artigiano competente, pronto ad ascoltare le tue esigenze e a trovare la soluzione migliore." Ho scritto subito ed ho parlato con Umberto Pirozzi che suppongo essere il titolare al quale siccome nel progetto non avevo messo le rifiniture(sulla quale avevo detto di volere un loro consiglio) e non essendomi prefissato un budget alla seconda email mi vedo rispondere così; "Mi dispiace, non spreco il mio tempo con chi è così vago nel dare le info per formulare un preventivo, a maggior ragione senza sapere il budget.'. Diciamo che ogni altro commento sia inutile. Se volete consigli o soluzioni qui non li troverete come dice invece sul sito.
 I sent a furniture design email after reading the following sentence on the site; "contact the Pirozzi carpentry, you will find a competent craftsman, ready to listen to your needs and find the best solution." I wrote immediately and spoke to Umberto Pirozzi who I suppose to be the owner to whom, since I had not finished the project (on which I had said I wanted their advice) and since I did not set a budget on the second email I see myself responding like this; "I'm sorry, I don't waste my time with those who are so vague in giving the info to formulate a quote, even more so without knowing the budget. '. Let's say that any other comment is useless. If you want advice or solutions you won't find them here as it says on the site instead.

Pirozzi carpentry has been a point of reference in my profession for years. He works a lot with us architects and is really precise, attentive to detail, with impeccable execution. It is not for all carpenters to be able to respect the criteria and the required aesthetics. Projects are always a team effort, and knowing you can count on your professionalism is really a safety !!
