A	Andrea Palamara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sulla qualità dei prodotti non discuto e quindi darei 5 stelle: ho le loro porte interne, i serramenti e gli armadi su misura realizzati da loro (la casa l'ho acquistata già così, ristrutturata dal precedente proprietario). Ma sulla serietà vorrei dare ZERO. Ormai un anno fa li abbiamo chiamati per la fornitura di una porta per la cucina (proprio perché entusiasti della qualità dei loro prodotti). Hanno mandato i vari preventivi, abbiamo scelto il tipo di lavoro, dopodiché hanno deciso che forse non gli interessava più il lavoro (seppur non parliamo di una piccola cifra) . E' vero, c'è stato di mezzo il lockdown in primavera e infatti nelle telefonate successive siamo stati comprensivi (ovviamente avranno dato la precedenza alla ripresa dei cantieri e questo lo capisco). Ma è possibile che in un anno non siano mai riusciti a fare un salto (siamo a una ventina di chilometri e so che hanno altri lavori nel Comune dove risiedo) per prendere le misure e definire quando effettuare i lavori? Abbiamo fatto decine di telefonate e ogni volta si scusavano dicendo che sarebbero presto passati... Ma chi li ha mai visti? Alla fine ci siamo arresi, vorrà dire che non hanno bisogno di questo lavoro e quindi ci rivolgeremo altrove. Peccato. I do not argue about the quality of the products and therefore I would give 5 stars: I have their interior doors, windows and custom-made wardrobes made by them (I bought the house already like this, renovated by the previous owner). But on seriousness I would like to give ZERO. A year ago we called them to supply a door for the kitchen (precisely because they were enthusiastic about the quality of their products). They sent the various estimates, we chose the type of work, after which they decided that perhaps they no longer interested in the work (although we are not talking about a small amount). It is true, there was a lockdown in the spring and in fact in the following phone calls we were understanding (obviously they will have given priority to the resumption of construction sites and I understand this). But is it possible that in a year they have never managed to make a leap (we are about twenty kilometers away and I know they have other jobs in the municipality where I live) to take the measures and define when to carry out the work? We made dozens of phone calls and each time they apologized saying they would soon pass ... But who has ever seen them? In the end we gave up, it will mean that they don't need this job and so we will look elsewhere. Sin.
