The best, always. Gabriele has continued a tradition of quality, professionalism, as few companies can boast today. The founder, Roberto, was an incredible character from our area. His son has managed to keep the characteristics of the company footprint unchanged, bringing a modernity that makes Gori Carpentry one of the best companies in the Piana Pistoiese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fine luglio sono andato da loro per un preventivo di una cucina, il titolare mi dice che in pochi giorni ricevero` preventivo e disegno. Non ricevendo nulla richiamo e mando email. Rispondono dicendo che dobbiamo risentirci a settembre per il disegno e che possono farmi solo preventivo. Io chiedo il preventivo ma nulla.
Richiamo verso il 5 settembre e il titolare mi dice che entro due giorni mi manda tutto. Passano 5 giorni ma nulla.
Richiamo e mi dice che strano, ha spedito il disegno, che controlla e mi rispedisce tutto massimo il giorno dopo. Non ricevero` mai nulla.
Professionalita`? giudicate voi.
Affidabilita`? giudicate sempre voi.
Questi sono solo i puri fatti e non mi inoltro su altre mie impressioni.

At the end of July I went to them for a quote for a kitchen, the owner tells me that in a few days I will receive an estimate and a drawing. Not receiving anything, I call and send emails. They respond by saying that we have to resent in September for the drawing and that they can only give me a quote. I ask for a quote but nothing.
I call back around 5 September and the owner tells me that he will send me everything within two days. 5 days go by but nothing.
I call back and he tells me how strange, he sent the drawing, which he checks and sends it back to me the next day. I will never receive anything.
Professionalism? judge for yourself.
Reliability? always judge for yourself.
These are just the pure facts and I don't go into my other impressions.
