★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post vendita pessimo, sono profondamente deluso dal fatto che dopo 10 mesi si rompe una serratura (che a mio avviso dovrebbe essere in garanzia) e mi viene chiesto di pagare €100 adducendo come causale l'usura o il cattivo utilizzo.
Non comprendo quale possa essere un cattivo uso quando si tratta di una serratura....
Se poi entriamo nel merito dell'usura lo trovo proprio ridicolo.
P.S è inutile che lo cancellate tanto lo ripubblico.
After a very bad sale, I am deeply disappointed that after 10 months a lock is broken (which I believe should be under warranty) and I am asked to pay € 100, citing wear or bad use as the cause.
I don't understand what could be a bad use when it comes to a lock ...
If we enter into the merit of wear, I find it really ridiculous.
