Riferisce in maniera maleducata di non aver ricevuto risposta ad un preventivo via mail; lo chiamo immediatamente scusandomene, e palesandolgli che in effetti la mia mail fosse stata inviata (avevo controllato), ma che forse era stata "persa". Dò nuovamente tutte le informazioni, mi conferma il pronto intervento. Non si fa vivo per 7 giorni. Lo richiamo per chiedere spiegazioni e mi dice "si trovi un altro falegname".
Grumpy. He reports in a rude manner that he has not received a reply to an email quote; I call him immediately apologizing, and pointing out to him that in fact my mail had been sent (I had checked), but that perhaps it had been "lost". I give all the information again, I am promptly confirmed. It doesn't show up for 7 days. I call him to ask for explanations and he says "find another carpenter".
