★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza:a maggio mi è arrivato un messaggio nel quale si diceva che se avessi acquistato un capo entro una certa data(l'offerta durava 4 giorni) avrei ricevuto in omaggio una sciarpa. Ho acquistato 2 capi(più di 250€) un paio di giorni prima che scadesse l'offerta, ma già le sciarpe erano esaurite. Ovviamente sul messaggio non era stato scritto che l'omaggio era solo fino ad esaurimento scorte. Oggi non contenta della fregatura presa, sono tornata in negozio con mia mamma la quale aveva ricevuto come regalo di compleanno uno sconto di 30€. Una volta scelto il capo che ci interessava, abbiamo saputo che lo sconto era valido solo sui capi non in saldo. Anche questa volta la ditta si è guardata bene dallo scriverlo. Sicuramente cerchero' di fare acquisti altrove!
Bad experience: in May I received a message saying that if I bought a garment by a certain date (the offer lasted 4 days) I would receive a free scarf. I bought 2 items (more than 250 €) a couple of days before the offer expired, but the scarves were already sold out. Obviously on the message it was not written that the gift was only while stocks last. Today not happy with the rip off, I went back to the shop with my mom who had received a 30 € discount as a birthday present. Once we chose the garment we were interested in, we learned that the discount was valid only on garments not on sale. Also this time the company has been careful not to write it. I will definitely try to shop elsewhere!

Alla fine non trovando nulla di interessante ho sostituito il regalo ricevuto con due t-shirt, con il problema che il prezzo delle 2 t-shirt era inferiore di 1 € al valore del regalo. Qui sono nati i problemi: 1) la commessa mi ha rivelato il valore del regalo ricevuto (cosa di cui la persona che mi aveva fatto il regalo era stato attenta a non farmi sapere, giustamente, chiedendo lo scontrino di cortesia) e 2) sono stato OBBLIGATO a comprare una terza cosa (a me inutile) perché a detta delle commesse "non avrebbero potuto chiudere lo scontrino" diversamente.
Se potete evitate.
Small and poorly stocked shop, I went there to replace a birthday present. In the end, not finding anything interesting, I replaced the gift received with two t-shirts, with the problem that the price of the 2 t-shirts was 1 € less than the value of the gift. Here the problems arose: 1) the saleswoman revealed to me the value of the gift received (which the person who gave me the gift had been careful not to let me know, rightly, by asking for the courtesy receipt) and 2) I am was OBLIGED to buy a third thing (useless to me) because according to the orders "they could not have closed the receipt" otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in negozio per cambiare un regalo ricevuto a Natale in quanto la misura era errata. La commessa è stata molto sgarbata inoltre, non trovando un articolo di mio gradimento dello stesso prezzo, ho chiesto se fosse possibile avere un buono da spendere successivamente. Questa possibilità mi è stata negata.
Un'altra alternativa era quella di acquistare un maglione scontato, diverso dal modello iniziale, pagando una differenza di 50,00 euro. Sfortunatamente anche questa possibilità ci è stata preclusa, poiché l'articolo in questione era acquistabile solo a prezzo pieno anche se scontato. E' la prima volta che in un negozio il valore di un prodotto in saldo viene considerato a prezzo pieno, solo perché in sostituzione di un reso. Inutile sottolineare che non ritornerò più nel vostro negozio.
PS: un consiglio spassionato, dedicate maggiore attenzione al cliente e formate il personale in maniera più professionale.

PS: dispassionate advice, pay more attention to the customer and train your staff in a more professional way.
