★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci ha servito una commessa sgarbata, non ci ha consigliato per la taglia, non ci ha consigliato nulla!! Non all'altezza della boutique! Ci siamo praticamente serviti da soli! E poi ci si è messa a parlare e a fare pubblicità ad una enoteca!!! La commessa è quella più bassa.
A rude saleswoman served us, she didn't recommend us for the size, she didn't recommend anything !! Not up to the boutique! We practically served ourselves! And then she started talking and advertising a wine shop !!! The order is the lowest.

Poi guarda caso, passandoci di persona ed acquistandola nuova, la taglia è diventata disponibile! Ho chiesto il reso della taglia acquistata online (stesso articolo) ma la commessa si è rifiutata di farlo per “direttive aziendali”, secondo lei è possibile solo il cambio, contrariamente a quanto citato sul sito Falconeri. Qualità ottima, servizio al cliente di questa filiale pessimo! Comprate online. Sconsigliata.
On the phone they denied the availability of a size for a change, having checked everywhere even at the central warehouse! Then as it happens, passing by in person and buying it new, the size has become available! I asked for the return of the size purchased online (same article) but the saleswoman refused to do so due to "company directives", according to her it is only possible to change, contrary to what is mentioned on the Falconeri website. Very good quality, bad customer service of this branch! Buy online. Not recommended.
