I was in this shop in via Roma in Genoa carrino as a personal presentation a bit busy when I entered they were ordering the goods so they had a little to do just for this I give them 4stelle however the orders were kind very beautiful quality products especially men's and women's sweaters there is enough choice of colors too I will definitely come back

With the first purchase I would have given 5 stars, for the extreme kindness and availability of some orders. Unfortunately I go down to two stars because with the last purchase I cannot confirm the same judgment.

Mi reco in questo negozio per comprare un regalo di Natale, commessa super gentile fino al momento del pagamento mentre stavo pagando si concentra sul problema di un ordine online di un altra signora, stampando almeno 3 volte lo scontrino di cortesia e lanciandomi il pacco sul bancone senza neanche salutare, vedendo la scena un’altra commessa si è girata a salutare.
Dovrebbero avere più attenzione per il cliente che si ha davanti e poi concentrarsi sul successivo, anche perché non è un negozio dove una persona spende due spicci.
Experience not to be repeated
I go to this shop to buy a Christmas gift, super nice saleswoman until the time of payment while I was paying focuses on the problem of an online order from another lady, printing the courtesy receipt at least 3 times and throwing the package on the counter without even saying goodbye, seeing the scene another saleswoman turned to say hello.
They should have more attention for the customer in front of you and then focus on the next one, also because it is not a shop where one person spends two coins.
