★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti molto belli e raffinati. Buona qualità dei materiali. Assortimento vasto per la donna, meno per l'uomo (non di va molto al di là dei classici maglioncini dei soliti colori). Prezzi medio alti. Da segnalare una commessa davvero carina :-)
Very beautiful and refined products. Good quality of materials. Wide assortment for women, less for men (not far beyond the classic sweaters of the usual colors). Medium-high prices. To report a really nice order :-)

Il personale è molto carino e gentile. Il negozio della catena si trova nella via principale dello shopping triestino, che brulica di botteghe e negozi di moda.
Clothing mainly in high or very high quality cashmere. Prices ranging from very high to medium, in a harmonious seasonal assortment.
The staff is very nice and kind. The chain store is located in the main shopping street of Trieste, which is teeming with shops and fashion shops.

Pur avendo acquistato almeno una decina di capi, le commesse mi davano costantemente informazioni vaghe sulle facilitazioni a cui avrei avuto diritto. Alla fine non ho goduto di nessuna promozione, con la scusa che i punti erano scaduti! Nessuno mi aveva mai informato esaurientemente sulle modalità di fruizione dei punti. Mi sento presa in giro e quindi non acquisterò più nulla nei negozi Falconieri nonostante la buona qualità dei capi.
Unfortunately, the policy is not very transparent regarding reward points. Despite having bought at least a dozen items, the orders constantly gave me vague information on the facilities to which I would have been entitled. In the end, I didn't get any promotions, with the excuse that the points had expired! No one had ever fully informed me on how to use the points. I feel teased and therefore I will no longer buy anything in Falconieri stores despite the good quality of the garments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina la commessa, in maniera MOLTO SGARBATA, ha mandato fuori una signora sprovvista di green pass che, essendo abituata ad averlo sempre con se tranne oggi, è entrata senza pensarci.
No posso dire niente se la venditrice ha preferito perdere un bel guadagno per rispettare questa inutile regola del GP, ma sono schifata dal modo in cui lo ha fatto.
Altre persone si trovano costrette ad allontanare clienti sprovvisti di GP, ma lo fanno in maniera molto garbatave e a volte quasi imbarazzati.
Quindi il mio disaccordo è sulla maleducazione della commessa e non sul fatto che ha voluto far rispettare il decreto.
Se fosse stata più gentile, la persona in questione, domani sarebbe tornata per fare i suoi acquisti....
Invece così non vedrete più ne' lei né molti altri.
This morning the saleswoman, in a VERY RUDE way, sent out a lady without a green pass who, being used to always having it with her except today, entered without thinking about it.
I can't say anything if the seller preferred to lose a lot of money to respect this useless GP rule, but I'm disgusted by the way she did it.
Other people find themselves forced to turn away customers without GPs, but they do it in a very polite and sometimes almost embarrassed way.
So my disagreement is on the rudeness of the saleswoman and not on the fact that she wanted to enforce the decree.
Had she been kinder, the person in question would have come back tomorrow to do her shopping ....
Instead, you will no longer see her or many others.
