Il negozio ha anche una vetrina su Amazon, li ho contattati telefonicamente per un chiarimento sui dettagli del prodotto da acquistare, la ragazza che mi ha risposto si è mostrata gentilissima e molto disponibile.
Mi ha inoltrato le foto del prodotto e chiarito un dubbio sulle dimensioni.
Come cliente, non posso che esserne riconoscente.

La borsa acquistata si presenta all'interno di una busta strappata, sporca di nero nella parte inferiore e con all'interno spazzatura di altri articoli al posto della carta. Avevo chiesto di RIMUOVERE il prezzo trattandosi di un regalo, e di fornirmi gentilmente una bustina per confezionarla. Nulla di tutto ciò è stato fatto (pur avendomi dato disponibilità a farlo). State alla larga.

The purchased bag is presented inside a torn envelope, dirty with black at the bottom and with inside garbage of other items instead of paper. I had asked to REMOVE the price since it is a gift, and to kindly provide me with a bag to pack it. None of this was done (even though I was willing to do so). Stay away.
