Bellissimo spaccio aziendale, molto fornito e con immensa scelta sia di modelli che di numeri, facile da raggiungere, personale molto accogliente , simpatico e professionale, ci hanno seguito nella scelta fornendoci anche di molti consigli!! Super soddisfatti della scelta e del prezzo!!
Negozio attrezzato anche di una piccola area giochi molto utile per distrarre i bambini e acquistare con un pò più di tranquillità!

Beautiful farm shop, very well stocked and with immense choice of both models and numbers, easy to reach, very welcoming staff, friendly and professional, they have followed us in the choice also providing us with many tips !! Super satisfied with the choice and the price !!
Shop also equipped with a small play area very useful to distract children and buy with a little more tranquility!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un paio di Voile Blanche da donna quest'inverno presso il negozio Castelletti di Lecco. Le ho usate in primavera per una gita a Venezia. Le scarpe hanno mostrato subito un gravissimo difetto. Il tacco aveva un cedimento importante verso l'interno e il piede di conseguenza scivolava verso l'interno. La camminata era faticosa e l'estetica era terribile. Ho portato le mie scarpe al negozio per far visionare il difetto e il proprietario vi ha mandato una e-mail per confermare il problema. Oggi, dopo due mesi circa ( non ricordo il giorno e il mese ) sono tornata per sapere cosa aveva detto la ditta costruttrice ma mi hanno informato che non avete mai dato risposta. Nel frattempo, parlando con un'amica, ho scoperto che il negozio gliele aveva sostituite per l'identico problema. Il negoziante dice che le scarpe della mia amica erano della collezione primavere mentre le mie erano di quella invernale, per cui non poteva sostituirle.
Ma se c'è il difetto, che differenza fa la collezione? Spero che questa mia recensione serva a contattarmi. Grazie
I bought a pair of women's Voile Blanche this winter at the Castelletti store in Lecco. I used them in spring for a trip to Venice. The shoes immediately showed a very serious defect. The heel had an important collapse towards the inside and the foot consequently slipped towards the inside. The walk was tiring and the aesthetics were terrible. I took my shoes to the store to see the defect and the owner sent you an e-mail to confirm the problem. Today, after about two months (I don't remember the day and the month) I came back to find out what the construction company had said but they informed me that you never gave an answer. Meanwhile, talking to a friend, I discovered that the store had replaced them for the same problem. The shopkeeper says that my friend's shoes were from the spring collection while mine were from the winter one, so he couldn't replace them.
But if there is a flaw, what difference does the collection make? I hope this review of mine serves to contact me. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clienti da quando mio figlio è nato, ogni stagioni abbiamo acquistato almeno un paio di scarpe sino a quando questa stagione primaverile abbiamo comprato un paio di scarpe bianche che sin da subito hanno mostrato un difetto su entrambe le punte. Ci rechiamo dopo poco al negozio e ci dicono senza riflessione che è docvuto al modo in cui ha camminato mio figlio?!?! Cosa che non era mai successa nelle scarpe delle stagioni passate e oltre a ciò vorrei sapere come sia possibile rovinare le punte visto che vi è una bordatura di gomma alta almento 2 cm. A quel punto contatto direttamente l'Azienda che mi fornisce la stessa risposta. A quel punto capisco che probabilmente come Azienda non vi è attenzione nel controllo qualità visto che nessuno (nè il rivenditore nè voi) si è degnato minimamente di valutare se vi fosse un difetto di produzione!!!
Customers since my son was born, every season we bought at least one pair of shoes until this spring season we bought a pair of white shoes that immediately showed a defect on both tips. We go to the shop shortly after and they tell us without reflection that it is due to the way my son walked?!?! Something that had never happened in the shoes of past seasons and beyond that I would like to know how it is possible to ruin the toes since there is a rubber edging at least 2 cm high. At that point I contact the company directly, which provides me with the same answer. At that point I understand that probably as a company there is no attention in quality control since no one (neither the retailer nor you) has deigned in the least to evaluate if there was a production defect !!!
