★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri mattina ho contattato tramite il sito il servizio di assistenza Fair per un pezzo di ricambio (crogiuolo ) della mia stufa a pellet M10, dopo poco più di un'ora sono stato contattato telefonicamente da un signore, molto cortese, che mi ha chiesto se il pezzo lo volevo ritirare in sede o se me lo doveva spedire. La stufa l'ho acquistata usata nel 2012 mai avuto problemi importanti e vista l'assistenza e la serietà dimostrata mi sento di consigliare Caldamente questo produttore .
Yesterday morning I contacted the Fair assistance service via the website for a spare part (crucible) of my M10 pellet stove, after a little over an hour I was contacted by telephone by a gentleman, very courteous, who asked me if I wanted to pick up the piece in the office or if it had to be sent to me. The stove I purchased used in 2012, never had major problems and given the assistance and seriousness shown, I highly recommend this manufacturer.
