★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immerhin hat jemand beim Kundenservice abgenommen, so dass wir zwar erklären konnten das weder App noch Automat funktioniert. Weiterhelfen konnte leider niemand. Als wir zu Fuß 40min zum nächsten Standort gelaufen sind: gleiche Situation.
At least someone answered customer service, so we were able to explain that neither the app nor the machine worked. Unfortunately nobody could help. When we walked 40 minutes to the next location: same situation.
