Ho contattato l’azienda con svariate email e telefonate, ogni volta mi hanno risposto che sarei stato rincontattato a breve per fissare l’intervento del tecnico ma non sono mai stato richiamato !! Bad products, skylights arrived already assembled and after assembly the water enters the seals! I contacted the company with several emails and phone calls, each time they replied that I would be contacted again shortly to arrange the technician's intervention but I was never called back !!

Sono usciti in tempi brevi dalla chiamata e con molta professionalità mi hanno risolto il problema, oltretutto, tenuto conto della distanza 300 km, sono stati onestissimi anche nel prezzo.
