Alla richiesta di provare alcuni abiti da uomo, venivano fatti indossare due vestiti per una prova che è durata circa 45 minuti, come normale che sia visto che si trattava della scelta di un abito per cerimonia. Naturalmente nel frattempo la commessa serviva anche altri clienti, giustificando i 45 minuti impiegati per la prova. Al termine della prova si chiedeva alla commessa se fosse possibile lasciare da parte il vestito per un tempo di 5 minuti, la stessa rispondeva che non capiva il perché ci fosse bisogno di mettere da parte il vestito. A tal riguardo si riferiva alla commessa, che la nostra era soltanto una richiesta, e che non vi erano problemi se non fosse stata accontentata.Pertanto si decideva di acquistare subito il vestito, e la commessa ciononostante si lamentava con noi clienti di aver perso ben 45 minuti del suo tempo dietro a noi.
In virtù della brutta esperienza vissuta, penso che il tempo dietro a un cliente non sia mai perso, e lamentarsi del fatto che il cliente non sappia se acquistare una cravatta o altri accessori da indossare con l’abito , siano dei dubbi normali, in cui una commessa professionale, saprebbe dare i giusti consigli. Purtroppo la commessa in quest’occasione non è stata in grado di accompagnare noi clienti nelle scelte migliori, ma il peggio è dato dal fatto che si sia lamentata delle normali richieste del cliente.

Unfortunately, the saleswoman on this occasion was unable to accompany us customers in the best choices, but the worst is the fact that she complained about the customer's normal requests.
