In particolar modo ho avuto un riscontro positivo in seguito ad un'ispezione ASL ,fatto nel mio locale Bar Al Duomo a Buia,nel quale è stata riconosciuta l'attenzione avuta da parte del mio tecnico HACCP , Elena Marchini . Grazie ai suoi consigli siamo sfuggiti a qualsiasi tipo di sanzione. Ringraziamo e consigliamo Facile626 a chiunque lavori nel nostro settore e non solo.
